RefectoCil Eyelash and Eyebrow tint is a simple and effective method for adding depth to your look and greater facial definition.

How to use:
Step 1: Prepare the coloring paste. Mix 2 cm of color with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid developer or with 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream developer (developers not included in the package).

Step 2: Use RefectoCil protective pads or wipes and then apply the color with the stick to dry, make-up-free, and clean eyebrows and eyelashes.

Step 3: Leave on for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired intensity and clean with a moistened cotton pad. Eyes must remain closed until completely clean.
