How to use:
Mix 15–20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream eyelash and eyebrow activator emulsion with 2 cm of selected RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow dye until a smooth paste is formed. Apply to clean, dry eyelashes and eyebrows and leave on for 5–10 minutes, depending on the desired intensity. Finally, remove excess dye with a cotton pad and clean.
