DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
At the end of the development time, without removing the curlers, rinse thoroughly with warm water and apply the neutralizer directly to the curlers. Leave on for 10 min. For very long hair, increase the development time by 5 min. Rinse thoroughly and unroll the curlers. On damp hair, complete the process by applying Keratin Milk Spray to stabilize the result and further condition the hair. Then rinse.
