PERM NEUTRALIZER Neutralizes and stabilizes the wave. Formula enriched with Herbal Extract (Nettle, Sage, Dandelion, Yarrow, Cinchona, Rosemary) for a conditioning and protective effect. Directions for use: Rinse hair with lukewarm water. Pour 80 ml of neutralizer into a basin. Moisten the hair still wrapped in rollers using a sponge. Processing time: 8 minutes. Then unroll the hair from the rollers and apply the remaining product, leaving it on for another 5 minutes. Final treatment: rinse with lukewarm water and proceed with styling. Contains herbal extracts: nettle, sage, dandelion, yarrow, cinchona, rosemary. Contains 2.6% hydrogen peroxide. Avoid contact of the substance with the eyes. If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse them immediately. Wear appropriate gloves.
